Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Quilted lining. Conforms to EN ISO 20471 class 3, EN343 class 3:1. EN342 0.503m² K/W(B), X,3,2. ANSI/ISEA 107 class 3.2. Waterproof with taped seams. Concealed adjustable hood. Full length two way zip with studded storm flap. Two reflective bands around the body, sleeves and one over each shoulder. Concealed media pocket. Two front pockets. Knitted storm cuffs.

Material : PU coated 300D polyester oxford weave.
