Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Conforms to EN ISO 20471: class 2. ANSI/ISEA 107 class 2.2. Black plastic zip. Two reflective bands around the body and one over each shoulder. Radio loop. Clear ID pocket on right chest. Media and pen pocket with D-ring on left chest. Two front tear release pockets. Branded tab on left chest.

Material : 100% polyester.
