Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Woven stretch ripstop soft shell fabric has a 96% polyester/4% elastane outer. Polyester fleece backed. Hardwearing with ATL durable water repellent finish. Durazone polyamide overlays at wear points for added strength and durability. Full length zip with chin guard and inner zip guard. Reflective piping to shoulders. Right chest zip pocket. Two front zip pockets. Adjustable cuffs and hem. Branding on back of collar/no branding. Cut out label (some colours in transition).

Material : Two layer soft shell.
