Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Full zip with tear release storm flap and chin guard. Two front and one right chest laser cut pockets all with showerproof zips. Zip security pocket behind storm flap. Reflective trim. Tear release cuff adjusters. Drawcord hem. Branding to back of collar and on both sleeves. Removable polyester 200 series anti-pill Symmetry® fleece. Taped neck. Full zip. Fleece cuffs.
