Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Polyester lining. Polyester padding. Waterproof 2000mm with taped seams. Windproof. Main jacket has a concealed adjustable lined hood. Full length two way zip with stud and tear release storm flap. Various pockets including two deep front, two deep chest, inner chest, inner media and inner mesh pocket. Part elasticated adjustable cuffs. Adjustable drawcord waist and hem. Zip out anti-pill micro Active Fleece inner jacket with two large front pockets, fleece cuffs and drawcord hem. Cut out label. Access for decoration.

Material : StormDri 2000 polyester pongee outer with PVC coating.
