Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

93% polyester/7% elastane outer. Micro fleece inner layer. Polyester tricot upper back lining. Conforms to EN ISO 20471: 2013 class 2. Waterproof 5000mm, breathable 3000g and windproof TPU membrane. Full length zip with chin guard and inner zip guard. Two sewn-in reflective bands around the lower body and sleeves. Right chest zip pocket. Two front zip pockets. Large inner pocket. Inner media pocket. Front and back yoke. Open cuffs. Adjustable drawcord hem. Curved back hem.

Material : Three layer bonded soft shell.
