Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

93% polyester/7% elastane outer. Waterproof 8000mm, breathable 1000g and windproof TPU membrane. Micro fleece inner layer. Collar high full length zip with chin guard and inner zip guard. Front and back yoke. Contrast panel design at front. Longer back panel. Zip opening mesh underarm vents. Inner pocket and media pocket. Large front zip pockets. Plain cuffs with internal stretch cuff mittens with thumbholes. Adjustable drawcord hem. Cut out label (some colours in transition). Zip access for decoration.
