Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Polyester fibre filling with aluminium foil coating. 210T polyester lining. Waterproof 2000mm with taped seams, breathable 2000g and windproof. Concealed, detachable adjustable hood. Mesh underarm eyelets. Full length two way zip with studded storm flap. Inner chest pocket with internal cable access. Deep front flat stitch pockets with stud closure. Shaped waist. Inner ribbed cuffs. Adjustable drawcord hem. Access for decoration.

Material : 420D nylon oxford outer with PU coating.
