Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

96% polyester/4% elastane outer. Textured polyester micro fleece backed. Waterproof 5000mm and breathable 5000g membrane. Durable showerproof DuPont™ Teflon® coating. Full length YKK zip with chin guard and contrast inner zip guard. Contrast binding to collar. One piece shoulder panel. Contrast panels on shoulders, elbows and back of hem. Articulated elbows. Two deep front zip pockets. One multi compartment pocket. Inner stretch insert to cuffs. Adjustable drawcord hem. Access for decoration.
