Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Conforms to EN ISO 20471: 2013 class 2. RIS-3279-TOM (orange only). Lightweight. Collar high full length zip. Two reflective bands around the body and one over each shoulder. Two handwarmer pockets on both sides. Inner pocket. Tear release access for decoration.

Material : Waterproof PU coated polyester fabric with anti-pill navy fleece reverse.

Material weight : 180 gsm (fleece)
