Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

NB Dyed garments always wash seperately. Soft washed garment-dyed fabric. Semi-fitted silhouette. Jersey lined hood. Twill label. Front neck V slit. Front pouch pocket. 1x1 ribbed side panels, cuffs and hem. Due to the nature of the dyeing process employed with Comfort Colors pigment dyed shades, loose pigments may remain on the surface of the garments. We therefore strongly recommend washing these garments only with like-coloured garments, as some of the pigment dyes may stain light or white coloured garments in the wash cycle. Washing the garments in cold water will reduce the possibility of staining.

Material : 80% ringspun cotton/20% polyester.
