Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Incorporates a high intensity light source without the need for secondary light. Reflective tape around body and over each shoulder. Full length zip. Anti-entanglement/tear away system ensures that the garment is easily separated from the wearer. Hidden battery pack. Contego is ANSI/SEA 107, CSA Z96 and EN471 compliant with a power cell providing up to 12+ hours of continuous operation. Minimum wash standard of 25 washes. Branding on front and back of harness tape. Test criteria - EN471/IP67/ANFI-IFEA107/CSAZ96;02-09/GO-RT3279

Material : 100% polyester.
