Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Brushed back fleece. Drop shoulder style. Two panel double fabric hood with self colour drawcord. No front pocket to allow maximum print area. Ribbed cuffs and hem with Lycra®. Twin needle stitching. Tear out label.

Material : 80% cotton/20% polyester.

Material weight : White and Heather Grey 260 gsm, Cols 280 gsm
