Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Polyester mesh upper body lining, polyester fleece lower body lining and polyester sleeve lining. Waterproof with taped seams. Concealed, lined adjustable hood. Full length zip with double storm flap and chin guard. Right chest pocket with waterproof zip. Two front zip pockets. Inner phone pocket and zip pocket. Adjustable tear release cuffs. Straight front hem and curved back hem with elasticated drawcord. Access for decoration.

Material : Nylon taslan outer with PU milky coating.
