Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Conforms to EN471: class 3. Waterproof with taped seams. Quilted lining. Concealed hood. Two reflective bands around the body, sleeves and one over each shoulder. Full length zip with studded storm flap. Concealed zip pocket. Two front dual pockets with studded flaps. Internal phone pocket. Part elasticated adjustable cuffs. Part elasticated waistband.

Material : PU coated 200D polyester.
