Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Mesh lined body and polyester lined sleeves. Conforms to EN343 class 3:2. Outer jacket is waterproof with taped seams. Windproof and breathable. Shaped fit. Concealed adjustable hood. Full length two way zip with stud and tear release storm flap. Chin guard and inner zip guard. Right chest zip pocket. Two front patch pockets with side zip handwarmer pockets. Tear release adjustable cuffs. Drawcord waist and hem. Removable, unlined 220 series anti-pill Symmetry® fleece. Full length zip. Two front zip pockets. Fleece cuffs. Drawcord hem. Cut out label on both jackets. Concealed zip access for decoration on outer jacket.

Material : Isotex® 10000 polyester outer.
