Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Polyester padding and quilted nylon lining. Waterproof 2000mm with taped seams. Windproof. Padded collar. Collar high full length zip with studded storm flap and chin guard. Underarm ventilation eyelets. Stud closing deep front pockets. Inside pocket and inner phone pocket. Part elasticated cuffs with stud fastener. Fitted elasticated hem. Cut out label (some colours in transition). Zip access for decoration.

Material : StormDri 2000 polyester outer with heavy PVC coating.
