Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Please note these are special order items that are strictly non-returnable. Lead time will be approx. 4 days. Brushed back. Raglan sleeves. Grown on hood with contrast drawcord. Zip neck with chin guard. Concealed neck and face protector. Contrast chest panel. Two front contrast zip pockets. Contrast ribbed cuffs and hem. Branding on right chest, left sleeve and lower side seam.

Material : 55% polyester/45% cotton.
