Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Belt loops. D ring. Foldaway holster pockets with multiple compartments. Two side pockets. Two rear pockets - one with flap. Reinforced crotch seam. Multi-function tool and mobile phone pockets on thighs with reflective piping. Triple needle stitching. Branding on front waistband, rear belt loop, thigh pockets and rear left pocket flap.

Material : 65% polyester/35% cotton twill.
