Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Choose your colour

Easy Flex® produces a gloss finish and is suitable for both large and fine detailed logos. For application on to cotton, polyester and poly/cotton. Suitable for multi colour transfer layering (excluding metallics and fluorescents). Can be washed up to 90°C, (multi layered transfers can only be washed up to 40°C inside out). Tumble dried and dry cleaned. 50cm wide rolls. Sold in 1m and 5m rolls.*
