Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Conforms to EN ISO 20471: class 3, EN343: class 3:1. EN342 0.344m² K/W, 2, X. Outer jacket: polyester lining and polyester padding in sleeves. Waterproof with taped seams. Detachable concealed hood. Zip in, zip out polyester fur lining to body and collar. Zip off sleeves. Full length two way zip with studded storm flap. Two reflective bands around the body and sleeves. Two front pockets, two chest zip pockets, media pocket and D-ring. Left sleeve zip pocket and inner zip pocket. Ribbed cuffs. Part ribbed hem.

Material : PU coated 300D polyester oxford weave.
