Express Turnaround Service – Terms & Conditions
1. Service Overview
Our Express Turnaround Service is a priority production option designed to reduce the standard production time of your order. This service applies to production time only and does not affect delivery speed.
2. Production Timeframes
- Standard production time: up to 10 working days
- Express production time: up to 5 working days
- Where delivery is required, please allow an additional working day for dispatch and courier delivery.
3. Delivery
All orders are shipped using our standard next working day delivery service. The Express Turnaround Service does not provide expedited shipping.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once the order has been dispatched.
4. Pricing
The Express Turnaround Service is charged at:

15% of total order value, with a minimum charge of £20+vat
This charge applies per order.
5. Eligibility
- Express is only available on selected products, brands, and decoration methods.
- Eligible items are clearly marked with our Express symbol on the website.
- The Express option is only available when all items in the order qualify. Orders containing non-eligible items will not be able to use the Express service.
6. Approval & Delays
- Express production times begin once all artwork, approvals, and payment have been received in full.
- Any delays in providing approvals or required information may impact the stated turnaround time.
7. Limitations of Liability
While we prioritise all Express orders, turnaround times are estimates and not guarantees. We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier issues, supply chain disruptions, or unforeseen production delays.
We use DPD couriers who provide you with full tracking once your order is dispatched. On the morning of the date of delivery you will receive an email or text message, giving you a one-hour window in which you can expect your order to be delivered.
DPD can also make alternative arrangements with you, such as changing the delivery date or leaving instructions to deliver with a neighbour as you require. All delivery prices shown exclude VAT.

Hassle Free Returns
Plain items
Plain, non-customised items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery.
The cost of returning the items back to us is the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 5 working days for a credit to be applied to your account.
Please ensure that you enclose a copy of the Delivery Note with your return.

Customised items
We are unable to accept returns for items that have been customised unless we have made a mistake with the order or the items are found to be faulty.
If you believe we have made a mistake please email sales@thefunkypeach.com with an explanation and attach any relevant photographs.
If you believe your item is the incorrect measurements to the size guidelines on our website please send images of these measurements for us to forward onto our suppliers, to check if they are within tolerance. Some suppliers may request us to return these back to them for further inspection.
