Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

94% polyester/6% elastane outer. Durable showerproof, windproof and breathable fabric. Micro fleece inner layer. Conforms to EN ISO 20471: class 3. RIS-3279-TOM (orange/black only). Full length zip with chin guard and inner zip guard. Two reflective bands around the body, sleeves and one on each shoulder. Concealed media pocket. Two front zip pockets. Quick dry elastic bound cuffs. Adjustable drawcord hem. Curved back hem.

Material : Three layer bonded soft shell.
