Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Woven stretch soft shell fabric is 96% polyester/4% elastane outer. Polyester fleece backed. Lightweight and quick drying. Showerproof and wind resistant. Collar high full length reverse tape zip with chin guard and inner zip guard. Locker patch. Two front zip pockets with storm flaps. Open cuffs. Adjustable drawcord hem. Cut out label.

Material : Two layer soft shell.
