Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Single jersey with wicking finish. Stand up self fabric collar. Raglan sleeves with flatlock stitching. 1/4 length zip with chin guard and reflective trim. Reflective detail on back of shoulder seams. Concealed zip key pocket on left back panel seam, with inner headphone access. Side panels. Elasticated bound cuffs and hem. Thumbholes on cuffs. Tear out label.

Material : 88% polyester/12% elastane.

Material weight : 190 gsm
