Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Waterproof 3000mvp and breathable 8000mm TPU membrane. Part 140D micro fleece, part mesh lined. Conforms to EN ISO 20471: 2013 class 3 (yellow, yellow/navy, orange and orange/navy only). RIS-3279-TOM (orange and orange/navy only). Full length waterproof zip with chin guard and inner zip guard. Two reflective bands around the body, sleeves and one over each shoulder. Right chest zip pocket. Two front zip pockets. Waterproof zips to the front and chest pockets. Rubber tear release cuff adjusters. Adjustable drawcord hem. Shaped lower back. Branded zip pulls.
