Before washing
always look at the care label and carefully follow the instructions. Most good quality detergents
washing machines and fabrics are manufactured to ensure that when the stated instructions are adhered to and the garment is washed according to the said temperature and dried as per the procedures mentioned; they will wash well and look good after each wash.

The following points should be used as guidelines for all garments:

Before washing
close all zips
undo buttons
check pockets for loose or sharp objects
flatten out collars and cuffs.
Always refer to the Label before Washing.
Always check to ensure the Washing Machine is not overloaded.
Use a good quality detergent and ensure that the right amount of detergent is used.

If, when we see your design we feel there is a more suitable method of decoration which will improve your print job or save you money then we will contact you prior to printing.

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

Embroidered Text	£10.00 exc VAT
Embroidered Logo	£20.00 exc VAT

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.
