Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Water repellent finish. SolarShield fabric protects against UV rays - minimum UPF 40+. Part elasticated waistband with belt loops. Zip fly with button, hook and bar over. Two side zip pockets. Two rear patch pockets. Two right leg pockets, one with zip. Heel tape. Branding above right rear pocket and below front left pocket.

Material : 65% polyester/35% cotton.
