Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Heavily brushed for a luxurious feel. Drop shoulder style. Contrast canvas inside collar, tipped on outside of neck, around cuffs and on inside of hem. Flat tape detail inside back neck. Twin needle hexagonal locker patch. Edge stitch detail around armholes. Silver coloured zip. Contrast external flat taped side vents. Contrast flat tape detail on left side seam. Stepped hem. Small branded hem loop label.

Material : 80% cotton/20% polyester brushed back fleece.

Material weight : 280 gsm
