Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Mesh lined body. Polyester lined sleeves. Conforms to EN343 class 3:2. Outer jacket is waterproof with taped seams. Breathable. Concealed adjustable hood. Full length zip with tear release storm flap, chin guard and inner zip guard. Waterproof right chest zip pocket. Two front zip pockets. Inner patch pocket. Tear release adjustable cuffs. Drawcord hem. Removable woven stretch soft shell jacket. Fleece backed. Contrast shoulder and sleeve panels. Full length contrast zip. Two front zip pockets. Open cuffs and hem. Cut out label. Outer jacket has access for decoration.
