Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Polyester sport mesh lining. Waterproof 8000mm with taped seams. Breathable 3000g/m². Windproof. Detachable hood with tear release chin guard, wired peak and drawcord adjusters. Contrast fabric shoulders. Full length zip with tear release storm flap. Contrast inner storm flap. Right chest welt zip pocket. Two lined, front zip pockets with reflective trim. Part elasticated tear release cuffs. Open hem, drop tail with drawcord and toggle adjusters. Access for left chest decoration.

Material : HydraDri polyester dobby outer with waterproof breathable laminating.
