Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Please note these are special order items that are strictly non-returnable. Lead time will be approx. 4 days. Thermo-Guard® insulation. Conforms to EN ISO 20471: 2013 + A1: 2016 class 2 and EN343 class 3:2. RIS-3279-TOM (orange only). Waterproof with taped seams. Windproof and breathable. Contrast grown on polyester lined hood with drawcord. Half zip with chin guard. Contrast shoulder panels with reflective detail. Two ID reflective bands around the body and arms. Two front pockets with stud closure. Side zip access for easy overhead entry. Tear release adjustable cuffs. Elasticated hem. Branding on right chest and left front shoulder seam.

Material : Isotex® 10000 300D oxford polyester outer.
