Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Moisture wicking waterproof, breathable membrane lining. Water resistant. EN ISO 20345: 2011 S3 WR SRC. Steel toe cap (200 Joules). Dual density polyurethane sole. Oil resistant sole. Abrasion and slip resistant. Anti-static properties. Shock absorbing heel. Replaceable, full length cushioned footbed. TPU heel/ankle support. Quick release lacing. Padded nylon mesh collar.
