Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Full colour transfers and is highly recommended for t-shirts, caps and polo shirts. Suitable for use in oil and non-oil based laser printers. Suitable for cotton, polyester and poly/cotton. Can be washed up to 40°C. Do not tumble dry. Iron inside out. Sold in packs of 100 sheets.
