Embroidery Setup

Below are the set up charges for NEW embroidery jobs.
There is no charge for repeat orders.

The Small embroidery allows a design up to 10,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of front breast, small arm, and nape placements.

The Large Back embroidery allows a design up to 25,000 stitches per logo. This covers the majority of back pieces, including basic logos, website and phone numbers.

For designs that are heavily filled or cover a big area it is best to get a stitch count prior to ordering so that we can give you an accurate cost per placement. We have calculation we use which is based on the stitch count above these allowances.

Choose your colour

Matt finish. Suitable for multi colour transfer layering (excluding metallics and fluorescents). For application on to cotton, polyester, poly/cotton and uncoated nylon. Wash up to 60°C on polyester and poly/cotton. Wash up to 40°C on cotton and uncoated nylon. Can be tumble dried. Do not iron. 50cm wide rolls. Sold in 1m and 5m rolls.*
